Watch Big Bang’s Taeyang, G-Dragon and Daesung reunite at recent Seoul concert

The trio performed 'WE LIKE 2 PARTY' and 'Good Boy' for the first time in years

All three remaining Big Bang members – Taeyang, G-Dragon and Daesung – recently reunited during Taeyang’s solo concerts in Seoul over the weekend.

Big Bang’s Taeyang held the kick-off shows of his ‘The Light Year’ tour over the weekend on August 31 and September 1 at the Olympic Hall in Seoul, South Korea. The concerts were the K-pop star’s first solo shows in about seven years, and also marked the first Big Bang reunion since the departure of founding member T.O.P last year.

During the September 1 show, Taeyang invited them both G-Dragon and Daesung on stage to perform the 2016 Big Bang song, ‘WE LIKE 2 PARTY’. Later during the same concert, Taeyang and G-Dragon reunited to perform their sub-unit single ‘Good Boy’ for the first time in a number of years.

During the concert, Taeyang told the audience that G-Dragon did not initially mean to get on stage to perform with him. “He told me he would come to see today’s concert, so I showed him to the waiting room and said, ‘Don’t be like that, just come on [stage]’,” he said.

Post-concert, Taeyang also took to his personal Instagram page to post his photos taken at the shows in celebration of the successful wrap of his concerts. At the end of the carousel are photos that Big Bang took together backstage.

Aside from his performances with Daesung and G-Dragon, SEVENTEEN sub-unit BSS – consisting members Seungkwan, DK and Hoshi – were also spotted in attendance at Taeyang’s September 1 show. At some point during the show, the trio were invited on stage by Taeyang himself, where they all performed a short snippet of SEVENTEEN’s ‘Super’ choreography for fans together.
